Employment Law

P&M’s “Employment Law” practice covers nearly every aspect of the employee/employer relationship.  We primarily represent private and public employees and professionals. Our lawyers have considerable experience representing clients in state and federal courts.  We also have experience representing clients in administrative and disciplinary proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Each of our partners previously practiced at large national law firms where they represented management in employment disputes.  Our experience representing both sides of employment disputes helps us analyze the strengths and weaknesses of a case and to anticipate the arguments of opposing counsel.  We work hard to protect our clients’ rights and interests and strive to find the best solution to their workplace concerns.
